Assistant Judge– An Assistant Judge is one who is learning the Trade, and should be supervised by a well qualified Judge or one of our Supervisory Judges, or they are allowed to work and judge Midarc qualifiers with another Assistant, Associate Judge, Judge or Supervisory Judge. The Assistant Judges should not be asked or allowed to judge on their own without special dispensation from the Association. When they have worked at a minimum of 6 shows, completed and passed 3 modules they can then apply for promotion to;

Judge -   A Judge has completed the original training course and completed and passed 6 modules, may judge Midarc qualifiers. Any Judge with a minimum of 2 years experience and completed and passed all modules, may then apply to become a Supervisory Judge

Supervisory Judge -   A Supervisory Judge may work independently at any show judging Midarc qualifiers, they may supervise any trainees and assist with the training of new Judges. Supervisory Judges may also be placed on the Championship Standard Judges List after a minimum of 4 years experience.
Supervisory Judges will be expected to attend a minimum of two modules per calendar year, and at a date to be arranged, supervisory judges will be able to sit all the module tests.

When Booking we do recommend that all Judges and Officials are paid a minimum of 40p mile for expenses
